Dr. Michael Robinson
Dr. Michael Robinson was born and raised in Coventry, Rhode Island (although he is a big Boston Red Sox fan). He moved to Miami in 1987 to attend the University of Miami, graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Biology and becoming inducted into the Iron Arrow Honor Society as an alum. He later received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1995. Since returning to Miami to work in private practice, Dr. Robinson has remained an active member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, South Florida District Dental Association, International Team for Implantology, and Academy for Sports Dentistry. Dr. Robinson works alongside Dr. Leyte-Vidal as the team dentists for the Miami Heat, University of Miami Hurricanes, and Florida International University Panthers.
Dr. Robinson is also married to his college sweetheart and has two daughters following their father’s footsteps and pursuing dentistry. He is an avid golfer, has been to thirteen (and counting) U2 concerts in his lifetime, and has an impressive memory for classic movie script lines. Our patients find him hilarious and often cry of laughter at his jokes!
